Hi. I am starting to learn how to run from scratch. Since I am not in great shape, in order to help me get motivated, I thought it would be nice to meet other people in my neighborhood with similar goals. Once a month, Dynamic Chiropractic Health & Wellness Centre hosts the Dynamic Wellness 3K Prediction Run. Each participant must predict how fast it will take them to run or walk the 3K distance down Lakeshore and through Jack Darling Park and back.
