We run in North and Northwest St. Louis County, at various times, places, and paces. Nowadays, we usually run 2.5 - 10 miles at an easy to moderate pace on streets and park trails North of 70. Note that while anyone is welcome to run ahead, no runner will be left behind. This means, yes, newbies are WELCOME. St. Louis is a great place to try speedskating. We have two extremely well-run local clubs - Gateway Speedskating and Metros Speedskating, who have skaters of all ability levels and ages.
