We run mostly in North and Northwest St. Louis County, at various times, places, and paces. We socialize before, during, and after runs. Lately we've been posting runs or run/walks of 3-6 miles at an easy to moderate pace on streets and park trails. Come fall we'll have some longer runs, too. Our hikes will be fun but will require people that are comfortable on the trail and know their way around the woods. There will be some members running ahead of the group, some making side jaunts, and some taking pics.
