I was always an athlete my entire life, but after I had my daughter, I found myself overweight and tired after gaining 70 lbs! Running got me through my weight gain and back to my old self. I also have found running to be a great outlet for work and everyday stress. My goal is to bring together beginner, seasoned, and recreational women/mom runners in the Collegeville, PA area.
