Galloway is a training program that focuses on running injury free. The Galloway program incorporates walk break intervals into our runs from the begining of the run. We have several different pace groups from - Finishing to Accomplishing a PR. Our group meets in NRH central to Fort Worth, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Colleyville, Hurst, Arlington, Southlake, and the other surrounding areas.
